This past Friday the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce celebrated their 10th anniversary. Kerry Kasotsky, who's a member of both the NMB chamber and the North Brunswick Chamber of Commerce and I attended the celebration, bringing a gift of congratulations from the North Brunswick Chamber.
In the photo below NMB chamber President/CEO Marc Jordan, Kerry Kasotky, and I pose with the North Brunswick Chamber of Commerce gift. (And yeah, I know that once again I forgot to take off my sunglasses inside - I do that a lot because our weather is sunny so often (and it is pretty bright) we wear sun glasses a lot and it's easy for me anyway to forget I'm wearing them.
This hanging sign over the NMBCC Visitors Center reception desk is pretty cool.
Membership and Sales Director Vicki Keibler points to the anniversary sign. Four colorful rockers on the Visitors Center front porch.
This woody was the most outrageous of the 5 antique cars parked by the Visitor Center for the day.
Here's a shot of the woody, four other cards, and the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce Visitors Center. Kerry pointing to Vicki.
They had an awesome cake and cookies, too, all decorated in NMB CoC colors.
A group shot of some of the NMB CoC staff and volunteers. It was a hot day and the punch and water were much appreciated.
As a fund raiser the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce has a duck race each year in September. In addition local businesses participate by decorating ducks in costume.
We had a great time and once again congratulate the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce on the occasion of their 10th anniversary.
