Plan for your contact data. Select a contact or data management system and use it.
Make it a personal goal to score at least a 10 on acquired contact info, giving yourself one point each for:
• Name
• E-mail
• Business phone
• Cell phone
• Company name
• Twitter and/or other social media name(s) or handle(s)
• Blog URL
• Web site
• Birthday
• Business category and focus
• Photo
• A good mailing address – ask, “If I send something to you personally, will you receive it?”
