Being Bruce Daily Kick Start 3-9-11

Day 50 - 165.5 pounds, 21% body fat, bp 117/78, resting pulse76
Exercise: 30 Minute Shakeology workout
- Several (3-5) cups of black coffee -
- 2 oz OJ with vitamins and supplements
- lots of water
- breakfast - 1 cup of  Quinoa with EVO (with chopped onions and habanero sauce)
- lunch - Shakeology Greenberry with almond soy milk, blueberries and blackberries,
- dinner - ??
Comment: Kept the weight off, so that's a good thing. Today will be another day of progress. Two notches in my belt so far, so a noticeable difference in how my clothes fit (a good thing, since before they were kinda, um, tight-ish.).
