Being Bruce Daily Kick Start 3-14-11

Day 54 - 165.0 pounds, 21% body fat, bp 110/76, resting pulse79
Exercise: 30 Minute walk
- Several (3-5) cups of black coffee
- 2 oz OJ with vitamins and supplements
- lots of water
- breakfast - 1 cup of  Quinoa with EVO (with chopped onions and habanero sauce)
- lunch - Shakeology chocolate with almond soy milk, blueberries and strawberries
- dinner - .Tuna casserole and Romaine salad
Comment: Great! This will be a big week. Progress last week but didn't get quite as far as I wanted. Feeling great, though. (Maybe the two extra meals yesterday didn't help? lol)
