Being Bruce Daily Kick Start 3-4-11

Today's activity so far :

Day 44 - 167.5 pounds, 20% body fat, bp 117/82, resting pulse 81
Exercise: 30 minutes walking
- Several cups of black coffee
- 2 oz OJ with vitamins and supplements
- lots of water
- breakfast - 1 cup of  Quinoa with EVO
- lunch - Shakeology chocolate with skim milk, blueberries and blackberries,
- dinner - 
Comment: Ok, I've pretty much been on a plateau for a week or so but I've kept myself there by really over-doing it for lunch two days in a row. So today I'm back to what I know is best for me and keeps me full of energy. Even though I ate more for lunch the past two days, I was loggy and sleepy because of too  many of the wrong kind of carbs. Up and at 'em today!, feels great.
