Being Bruce Daily Kick Start 3-15-11

Day 55 - 166.0 pounds, 20% body fat, bp 117/77, resting pulse72
Exercise: 30 Shakeology Workout
- Several (3-5) cups of black coffee
- 2 oz OJ with vitamins and supplements
- lots of water
- breakfast - 1 cup of  Quinoa with EVO (with chopped onions and habanero sauce)
- lunch - Shakeology chocolate with almond soy milk, blueberries and strawberries

- dinner - .Chicken, bean, and sausage casserole and Romaine salad
Comment: Ooops, I did it again. Thought I was off this plateau, but apparently not. Well, I  feel wonderful and strong, so will just keep at it and I know its going to work out.
