Being Bruce Daily Kick Start 3-1-11

Today's activity so far :

Day 41 - 167.5 pounds, 22% body fat, bp 122/82, resting pulse 74
Exercise: 30 minutes walking
Intake:
- Several cups of black coffee
- 2 oz OJ with vitamins and supplements
- lots of water
- breakfast - 1 cup of  Quinoa with EVO
- lunch - Shakeology chocolate with skim milk, blueberries and blackberries
- dinner - Not sure, hopefully we'll get to finish the awesome casserole from last night.
Comment:
Okay, so two days at the same weight, 14 pounds lost total so far in 41 days (my goal is 31.5 pounds in 90 days). Definitely clothes fit better. Energy high and with Spring coming I'm really feeling wonderful.
