The photo above tells most of the story.
I've lost weight and body fat, gained strength, I have more energy, and I'm even sleeping a bit more (which wasn't an original goal but it does feel fine). Not noted in the photo above is the fact that my doctor has taken me off blood pressure and cholesterol medication I was on for about 10 years.
Please note that I'm not giving nor am I qualified to give medical advice, and certainly others' results may vary, but this is how it's worked for me so far.
I know I'm not in line for any prizes, and I'm still a work in progress (I'd still like to get my weight and body fat down some more and my strength up a bit), but I'm truly grateful for the transformation so far from Shakeology and P90X.
It hasn't been hard. In fact it's been fun.
