Intake:
- Several (3-5) cups of black coffee -
- 2 oz OJ with vitamins and supplements
- lots of water
- breakfast - 1 cup of Quinoa with EVO (with chopped onions and habanero sauce)
- lunch - Shakeology Greenberry with almond soy milk, blueberries and strawberries
- dinner - Pasta with Marge's amazing meat sauce, big green salad.
Comment: All right! Lost another pound. Down 17 pounds! Why is it this is actually seeming easier?
