Intake:
- Several (3-5) cups of black coffee
- 2 oz OJ with vitamins and supplements
- lots of water
- breakfast - 1 cup of Quinoa with EVO (with chopped onions and habanero sauce)
- lunch - Shakeology chocolate with almond soy milk, blueberries and strawberries
- dinner - .
Comment: Wow, another pound today! I've 'released' 18 pounds. Grateful. Not going to take it for granted, but will stay on program.
