Exercise: 30 minute light aerobics
Intake:
- Several (3-5) cups of black coffee
- 2 oz berry-based fruit juice with vitamins and supplements
- lots of water
- breakfast -Quinoa with onions, oil, and hot sauce. Protein bar
- lunch - Shakeology chocolate with 1% milk, blueberries and strawberries
- dinner - chicken pizza
Comment: Ooops, well, the triple breakfast didn't work, lol. Weight stayed the same since yesterday but my body fat back up to 20%. Guess I won't try messing around and just stick with the program.
