Sue and Shannon met when studying for Esthetician licenses at Miller-Motte College in Wilmington. Shannon, from Florence, SC, was already a licensed Cosmetologist and Sue whose first career was in law enforcement in California, lived in Sneads Ferry for 12 years and has contacts in boutique jewelry and accessories.

In addition to Sue and Shannon there are two additional Estheticians, at the Spa, Kelly Reaves and Tonia Moore. Each operator has his or her own room, which they've decorated with quieting colors with only the necessary minimum of tools of their respective trades in view.
Zen-sation Day Spa is not a chatty place. Instead it's intended to be a place to relax and find balance as you receive spa services.
