One of the coolest of many cool features of living and working in the greater Leland area is the number of new businesses opening. It's particularly nifty that we often get to know the family members of the business owners. At this evening's ribbon-cutting at Mexico Viejo, a new restaurant in the Waterford commercial development, we even got to meet the owner's young son, Max.
