Like Cars? Don't Miss Rims on the River, Downtown Wilmington, NC April 18th, 2009

The ever-active Wilmington Downtown Business Alliance schedules, coordinates, and promotes many very cool events during the year, most of which are held on the Cape Fear Riverfront. One of the most cool happenings is Rims on the River, a fun time and great car show with classic cars, hot rods, and motorcycles. This year it's being held on Saturday April 18th from 10AM to 5PM. There's no charge so come on down.

Katie Lucas, the Director of the Downtown Business Alliance is putting out a call for car show judges and for other volunteers before and during the show.

VOLUNTEERS Needed!
Available shifts are:
8am - 11am: Car Placement Assistance
10:45am - 2pm: T-shirt & 50/50 Ticket sales
1:45pm - 5pm: T-shirt & 50/50 Ticket sales
4pm - 6pm: Breakdown
