Sugar Loses
Ready to cut your daily sugar intake by 67%? Ready for some more crying and screaming from food producers, perhaps especially kids' cereal manufacturers? The World Health Organization, which a few years back suggested keeping daily sugar content, including especially sugar added to processed foods, to less than 5%. The current U.S. average is 15%.
