Being Bruce Daily Kick Start 2-23-11

Day 34 - 168.0 pounds, 23% body fat, bp 113/79, resting pulse77
Exercise: 30 minute Shakeology low impact workout
- Several cups of black coffee
- 2 oz OJ with vitamins and supplements
- lots of water
- breakfast - 1 cup of quinoa with EVO,
 - lunch -  Shakeology chocolate with Almond soy milk, blueberries, and blackberries

dinner - Not sure what we're having yet.
Comment: OK, so clearly the pizza I had for dinner yesterday didn't  throw off my body or my diet because I lost another half pound since yesterday. I have definitely noticed a difference in how my clothes fit. Energy and mood are still high. My friend Stuart Ward said yesterday that I  have the metabolism of  a hummingbird! I don't know if that's true, but I do know that basing my daily meal plan on one meal that consists of Shakeology means that I don't feel hungry and I don't have cravings, the latter is for me a first in my life! So it figures I'd lose weight if I'm not making multiple runs to the cookie drawer!
