Great Progress on My Fitness and Weight Loss Challenge


You can see the details of my journey so far on my Fitness Blog, but here's the bottom line, or the "straight skinny", as my father used to say. It's been 32 days (of a 90 day challenge). I've gone from 181.5 pounds to 169.0 pounds. My goal is 150 pounds. I can see it happening.

I've lost weight before but usually by a combination of fasting on alternate days and heavy exercise. This time I'm eating much more normally, with the addition of a Shakeology meal replacement/weight loss shake.
