Here are the 10 most common New Year's Resolutions, according to The Washington Post.


Top Ten
  1. Get fit
  2. Save money
  3. Increase family time
  4. Quit smoking
  5. Volunteer
  6. Eat better
  7. Lose weight
  8. Gain weight
  9. Better work-life balance
  10. Get organized.
And here's the very cool part from my perspective: Beachbody and Team Beachbody can help people with all of the top ten except #4, quitting smoking. However, anyone who works out with Beachbody programs probably won't be smoking for long!
