Vigorous Exercise Beats Moderate Exercise for Flu Prevention
"Just walk more."
So we all hear that, right? And yes, moderate exercise is better than no exercise and for many, many people, walking a few miles a day would be a marvelous step (joke) in the right direction. However, it turns out that really vigorous exercise, like running, playing soccer, or going for a hard bike ride may do a lot more for you in terms of disease prevention.
