Jim Bradshaw, Director of Economic Development

On Tuesday March 16th, Jim Bradshaw, Director of Economic Development for North Carolina's Brunswick County, gave an annual overview and direction presentation at the North Brunswick Chamber of Commerce's monthly speaker luncheon at Antonio's Pizza and Pasta Restaurant in Leland, NC.

Dave Foster kicked off the luncheon by a giving a pretty interesting history of Holmes Electric Security company. Did you know it was founded by Oliver Wendell Holmes? No, not that one, but another guy. Interesting history. Thanks, Dave.


And Jim gave a wonderful presentation as usual of all the activity in Brunswick County economic development. Needless to say, the future looks bright. It's also the case that we're fortunate that even today there are many project proceeding in full swing to raise the business and employment profiles of our county.
