Why Do Challenge Groups Work?

Everyone knows someone who has tried to lose weight and failed. Or maybe they've lost weight and then gained it all back plus some.

Everyone knows someone who has vowed to get in better shape. They joined gyms, started running, or bought home workout equipment or a set of home workout DVDs but then never used them or kept up with their routines. For many people this stop-start process is repeated over and over. Why then are Beachbody Challenge Groups so successful?

The answer is easy and can be summed up with one four letter word:


When you combine the four elements of N.E.S.I., which are available exclusively with Team Beachbody Challenge Groups, you have the best chance ever of being successful with your health, fitness and weight management goals.

Let's break it down:
