SIMPLE 10K FastTrack Mastermind in Wilmington

Three people from our SIMPLE FastTrack MasterMind came to town for their full day's coaching with Bob "the Teacher" Jenkins: MaryAnn D'Ambrosio from Connecticut, Erica Cosminsky from Tennesee, and Bob Lampard from England.

On Wednesday Marge, MaryAnn, and I had lunch at Elijah's.


After her day with Bob Jenkins we picked up MaryAnn on Friday morning at the Comfort Suites Magnolia Greens hotel, where she was well taken care of by our buddy, Manager and Co-Owner Barry Eagle.


We had breakfast at Dixie Grill: Bruce, Bob Lampard, Marge, Erica, MaryAnn, and Bob Jenkins.


We headed out to Wrightsville Beach.



And downtown to the Riverwalk (after a stop in Kilwins for chocolate).





On the way to the beach Sunday Erica, Marge, and I stopped by to meet Alfred Poor - he's a book publisher who works with small business people. Alfred lives in Pennsylvania but has a beach house on Carolina Beach and relatives in the area. Since he was visiting here, we visited him.



After some time on the beach at Fort Fisher (photos mysteriously disappeared), we had a picnic under the live oaks in Fort Fisher Park.

Bob Jenkins' SIMPLE 10K - Day 2

The second day of SIMPLE 10K was probably even more full of great info than Day One.

Bob stated off by showing us a whale vertebra and it took off from there!


Screen caster extraordinaire and Camtasia guru Lon Naylor was everywhere with his Flip HD Ultra during the weekend. When he gave his presentation on using video and screencasting for information product and service business Internet marketing we were entertained, informed and certainly engaged!

Matt Davis of LifeStage Videography and his crew continued to film every moment of the weekend.
